Dr. Ghazi Faisal Binzagr was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Japan in January 2024. During his tenure, he also served as Commissioner General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai.
Prior to his diplomatic appointment, he served for three consecutive terms as a Member of the Shura Council of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and held leadership positions in both public service and the private sector.
His career spans public service, parliamentary diplomacy, private-sector leadership, organizational development, and international cooperation, reflecting a longstanding engagement with leadership, institutional development, and societal transformation. Throughout his professional journey, he has worked across the public, private, and civic sectors, contributing to initiatives related to governance, social development, international cooperation, and the strengthening of partnerships among nations and communities.
